NORWALK — Police are trying to find the owner of a boat that was found abandoned on the Five Mile River, the Norwalk Police Department said Friday. The agency was notified of the boat, named the 'Ocean Pearl,' just after 6 p.m., according to Sgt. Sofia Gulino. Boats in Connecticut are considered abandoned if they are left on someone's property for more than 24 hours without the property owner's permission or found free floating and unattended in state waters for more than 24 hours.
