NORWALK — When it comes to the Wall Street area, city officials and business leaders in Norwalk agree that it is a desired spot for growth. And the city's proposed changes in its zoning regulations would aim to connect urban cores and help foster business development in such areas, Director of Planning and Zoning Steven Kleppin said. 'We are consolidating areas of South Norwalk up to like the Wall Street area,' Kleppin said, referring to the proposed changes. During the City of Norwalk's Q2 Business Roundtable on May 24, business leaders met with city officials to learn about the impact of the proposed changes.
